India Africa Trade Council - Ghana set to promote India 🇮🇳.

Earlier today, the Bono East Regional Minister of Ghana and the Municipal Chief Executive of Nkoranza South l( Dean Bono East MMDCE’s) Hon. Daniel Owiredu paid a courtesy call on management of India-Africa Trade council.

The purpose of such an official maiden visit was to establish a long term diplomatic and business relationship geared towards driving investment to the Bono East Region. The Regional Minister demonstrated his readiness to hosting any prospective investor in the region to boost the local economy and empower the youth through employment and skills development and upgrading.

Rev. Langma acting in the capacity of the Chief Chancellor, Dr. James Rajamani and serving on the advisory board of IATC assured the regional Minister of quality collaboration to achieving the Vision and Mission on which the foundation of the region was established.

India Africa Trade Council West Africa mourns with Japan on the demise of the former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.

On behalf of the Chairman of IATC West Africa Chief Chancellor Dr.James Rajamani, the Board of IATC and management joins other global leaders to extend our condolences to the Japanese people over the death their beloved Prime Minister, Japan and India holds a very strong relationship in trade, investment and other commitments. It saddens our heart to see a gentleman, humble leader and a visionary to loose his life in such a distasteful manner, it our hope that culprit’s involved in this deadly attack should not be spared. We are not in normal times and such activities should be monitored for future occurrences.

This evening, our Regional Executive Director Mr. Jeremiah Quayson received the Managing Director of Swami India Ghana Limited Mr. Kantilal L.Hirani to discuss possible collaboration between IATC and their company, the Regional Executive Director stressed on the need for the company to expand it investment portfolio in Ghana, he further commended the company for contributing to the development of Ghana’s real estate sector.

Mr. Hirani, assured our Regional Executive Director of considering further investment in to the economy and further commended IATC for coming up with an initiative to promote and protect Indian businesses in Ghana and west Africa through being the mouthpiece for them.

IATC Ghana Conference in Hyderabad with High Commissioner of Ghana in India, Ministry of External Affairs in India and Various industries and proposed Indian delegation for Ghana. Our Directors commended the organizers and interacted with some companies present.

Yesterday, the Regional Executive Director of India Africa Trade Council, west Africa received the President of Ghana - South Africa Business Chamber Mr.Grant Webber to explore various opportunities for people in both chambers.

We focused on promoting local corporations or businesses to strive through dedicated funding to aid in job creation for the youth, further commended the President of the South African for a great job in promoting Ghana for investment opportunities to South African companies, IATC West Africa is going to help build a better atmosphere for investors.

He used the opportunity to invite IATC to a networking event with his chamber members in Accra.
