Coronavirus Alert...

According to Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and World Health Organization (WHO), coronavirus is zoonotic. Meaning it is transmitted between animals and human. However, infected person can spread the virus to the other.

So far China and 5 other countries have confirmed coronavirus cases as at today, Wednesday January 22, 2020.

441 confirmed coronavirus cases
25 cases fully recovered
170 suspected cases

Signs and symptoms:
Runny nose, headache, fever, cough, sore throat, general feeling of being unwell. It can also cause bronchitis or pneumonia.

Do not panic, just protect yourself from coronavirus:
1. Avoid direct contact with sick people (especially anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms) and farm animals or wildlife.
2. Wash hands with soap under running water regularly but when necessary (after contact with public facilities, after toilet, before food preparation, before eating, before breastfeeding a baby, when caring for the sick, and the likes)
3. Cook meat and egg thoroughly. Eat warm food.
4. Cover nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing
5. Do not spit publicly.
