NEW SERVICE SUMMARY

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Acrecity Medics has introduced a General Practitioner's (G.P) Mobile Medical Consultation. (M-MedConsult) for our clients, effective Monday 20.04.2020 between the hours of 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The M-MedConsult does not address emergency and life threatening conditions, such cases must report in person to our facility immediately.
2. It is not intended to replace full medical assessment and does not cover specialist services.
3. This service covers insurance, corporate and cash paying clients.
4. The service currently does not cover provision of laboratory and other diagnostic investigations at home. Client who will need such investigations may come to the clinic or visit any lab or diagnostic centre close to them.
5. It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and true information about his or her condition to the doctor during the M-MedConsult to enable the doctor make a complete evaluation of the client's health condition.
6. The doctor will not be held liable for any incomplete or misinformation given by the client.
7. In some cases, the doctor may advise that your condition requires a face to face consultation.
8. Given the mode of communication, i.e., Mobile and electronic equipment, the clinic does not take responsibility for telecommunication breaches, errors or down time on either side during the course of consultation.
9. Acrecity Medics reserves the right to review and/or modify the above terms and conditions as per its policies and procedures.

PROCESS

1. Place a call for M-MedConsult to mobile number 0303976965
2. You will be asked to provide your name, insurance card number and insurance type if applicable to enable us retrieve your medical records.
3. You will further, be asked to pay consultation fee of GHS 90.00 to MTN MoMo number 0558690693
4. Customer relations staff at the clinic will call you back in 10 to 15 minutes for your consultation with to the Doctor.
5. Depending on your condition, the Doctor may offer;
a. Advice or Counselling
b. Recommend laboratory or other diagnostic investigations
c. Prescribe medications.
6. Prescribed medications may be obtained from our facility via dispatch at a fee or from a nearby pharmacy for non-prescription medication.
