In 2022, together we've helped nearly 3k women and girls with sanitary products.

We've distributed about 320 hot nutritious food to poor kindergarten kids for quality education.

We've distributed about 1039 drinks to both High & Junior school kids for quality education.

We've been able to educate about 5k on their Reproductive Rights act.

Gospel outreach program for nearly 2k lost souls with our Missionaries from USA 🇺🇸 and Ghana 🇬🇭.

Sociocultural norms on menstruation is gendered and stereotyped which makes it hard for girls and women to access period products,seek help and manage their menstruation in dignified manner. We involve boys and men in MHH education for them to know their roles in influencing positive Menstrual experiences for girls and women in their communities.

Basic Schools in Ghana vacated today and as part of our activities we'd celebrated the end of the term which is popularly known as OUR DAY with the kids of DADIR KG school.

Our Comprehensive Menstrual Hygiene Campaign normalises conversations on periods and give girls confidence to manage their periods.It was a remarkable day educating girls at Light and Hope Academy School Amoanda a suburb of Elmina.

Adolescent Sexual Health lnitiative ASHI Ghana in collaboration with Organization for International Missionaries OIM Foundations 🎯 joined hands together to educate about one thousand students of Eguafo Abrem Senior High school Egass ,Benyadze Basic school B and Bronyibima M A Basic school on Menstrual hygiene,Sexual purity and Teenage pregnancy. As part of the program we donated one thousand sanitary pads to the adolescents girls in the schools... We couldn't have achieved this without our proud sponsors

It's almost sixteen days to a year since the Adolescent Health Clinic (AHC) Project at Benyadze received it Shingles or was roofed and since then the work has stopped,so l made a trip to the project site to access the the State of the project. God bless all those who have been supporting from the inception of the project.

A research conducted by some youth researchers revealed that about 83 percent of adolescent girls sleep with men to secure monies for basic needs including Sanitary pads..Great work done Upper West Regional Youth Parliament with finding support from Plan International Ghana..👍👍

According to a UNFPA reports,where data exists,nearly one out of every four women cannot SAY NO to S*x. Our doors are open to collaborate with any institution to educate our young girls to help eradicate teenage pregnancy...

ASHI I collaboration with Elmina Polyclinic held an outreach for the learners of Light and Hope Academy School Amoanda dudded on ATTENTION DEFICITS AND HYPERACTIVITY DISORDERS (ADHD) among adolescents in Ghanaian rural communities.
DETAILS
ADHD is one of the most common Neurodevelopmental disorders of childhood. It's usually first diagnosed in childhood and often last into adulthood. Children with ADHD may have trouble paying attention,controlling impulsive behaviors (may act without thinking about what the result will be or be overly active.
SYMPTOMS:Defficulty paying attention, Excessive activity, Executive dynfunction...

MEDICATION: Stimulants

TREATMENT:Psychotherapy, Lifestyle Changes..

CAUSES:Both genetic and Environmental factors
