IAAS EXPRO : UNDERSTAND HOW IT WORKS

What is ExPro ? 🤔
The IAAS exchange program offers an international internship program which gives opportunities to all students in Countries where a recognised local committee of IAAS is active, to do an internship in another country. With ExPro, you can learn and experience things that cannot be learned out of course books.

What kind of internship are available for students? 🤔
There are 3 categories of internship:

_1._ _The Archimedes Program_
Internships related with
- Education
- Research
- Engineering
- Management
Most often, Archimedes takes place in companies, organizations, universities and research institutions

_2._ _The Ceres Program_
Internships on Farms

_3._ _The Libertas Program_
The internships are community based projects

*Duration* 🤔
The minimum duration of an IAAS ExPro internship is 3 weeks, the maximum duration is 48 weeks.

*Who may participate at the IAAS Exchange program?* 🤔
Students that are majoring/studying in the field of Agriculture and Related Sciences, coming from countries that are _full member_ and _Candidate member_ of IAAS, are eligible to participate in Exchange Program. Also students, who are graduated (less than a year) can participate in ExPro.

*How do I register for the program?* 🤔
All online registrations of ExPro-candidates have to occur on one single site: on http://www.iaasworld.org . First, the trainee (interested persons) should create a member account in the database. An automated e-mail will be sent to the account and the trainee can proceed the application by clicking on a link in this mail. (Go to Apply now on the exchange program part, complete form and go to your inbox to find the link).
