Battle on the Rock is a functional fitness competition (similar to the HYROX format) which combines both running & functional workouts, where teams of two (mixed pair, womenβs pair or menβs pair) run, followed by a functional workout stations, repeated several times within a 15 minute period across 4 x workouts! πͺ
