From Drummondville, Quebec, Canada, here you are astounding instrumental experimental dark ambient / cinematic post-industrial noise / doom quartet Crystal Grunt, with their brand new astonishing full-length “The Virtues Of Isolation”, out January 4th!
Founded in 2006 Experimental music and noise made from experimental instruments, prepared guitars, modified turntables, scrap metal percussions and broken amps. Evolving towards conceptual music and abstract cinematic sounds. Crystal Grunt is a journey through eclectic concepts, chaotic music and obscure experimentation.
This album has been recorded during 2020 and 2021 from each participant's houses due to some restrictions. It explores the thematic of isolation and the possible virtues related to. Going through some period of darkness may bring some enlightenment and confusion.
