Theme :
Gentrification is the transformation of a neighborhood from low value to high value. It is viewed as a process of urban development in which a neighborhood or portion of a city develops rapidly in a short period of time, often as a result of urban renewal programs, including real estate investment. In the Exarcheia area of Athens, gentrification threatens to bring an end to a scene of alternative culture and protest that’s had a place in people’s hearts for decades. In the Exarcheia area you discover another self that until recently you did not know.You will discover a more urban self and this is why Exarcheia is a challenge to remain bohemian and always in fashion.
We look forward to photoshoot all the amazing concepts and unveil the creativity and individuality of each student!
