Concrete Waterproofing Systems are now enhancing our product range and waterproofing system with a new product called CWS Fastplug, which we are launching, effective immediately.

CWS Fastplug™ is a cement based fast-setting mortar, halting the flow of water from cracks, holes, or openings in concrete, masonry, and various substrates. Exhibits slight expansion without any shrinkage, initiates the hardening process within seconds and achieves a set state in three to five minutes, depending on the ambient temperature. Needs only water for the mixing process.

It is great to add CWS Fastplug in our range, as it contributes to a complete CWS System Approach that many clients require to feel secure:
• CWS100 which will waterproof exposed concrete and seal all the static cracks up to 2.2mm
• CWS Flexible Crackseal to treat larger cracks and moving cracks
• CWS Fastplug to seal leaks that have enough pressure to wash away and other repair mortar
• CWS Admix for below ground waterproofing

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:
• Instantly seals leaks in concrete surfaces, solid masonry, and other structurally sound supports.
• Ideal for emergency repairs on water pipes, even when the pipes are under pressure.
• Suitable for promptly plugging gas leaks and sealing connections between slabs and walls with a shoulder ending.
• Can be used in cold concrete joints.
• Anchoring bolts, and other accessories that require immediate application.
• Effective in basements, tunnels, and sewers to halt water under pressure.

ADVANTAGES:
• Its mechanical properties are comparable to those of concrete, and in some cases, even superior.
• Sets under water.
• Does not contract or become weak due to its exothermic reaction.
• Expands in volume. Its rapid setting, which takes three to five minutes, depending on added water temperature. The setting may even be instantaneous.
• Suitable as appropriate maintenance material for homes & industry.
• Non-toxic, safe to use with drinking water.
• Does not contain chlorides.
• Very easy to use.

Το CWS100:
• Αδιαβροχοποιεί εφ’ όρου ζωής την κατασκευή.
• Σφραγίζει μόνιμα ρωγμές ως 2.2mm.
• Σφραγίζει μελλοντικές τριχοειδείς ρωγμές, όταν έρθει σε επαφή με το νερό.
• Προστατεύει ενάντια στην διείσδυση νερού, ιόντων χλωρίου και θείου και
αυξάνει την ανθεκτικότητα σε χημική προσβολή.
• Μετατρέπει το σκυρόδεμα σε σκληρότερο από τον γρανίτη.
• Αυξάνει τον δεσμό του σκυροδέματος με τσιμεντοειδή στοιχεία κατά 80%.
