Εστιάζοντας στην ποιοτική υπηρεσία, δημιουργήσαμε δυο αίθουσες διαφορετικού χαρακτήρα με στόχο να ικανοποιήσουμε αισθητικά ανθρώπους που θα προτιμήσουν να βρίσκονται σε ένα Yoga-Pilates Studio ή ένα χώρο Functional, Cross Training κλπ.
Η προσέγγιση μας είναι κυρίως η φυσική δραστηριότητα και σε κάποιες πρακτικές εφαρμόζουμε τεχνικές αναπνοών και διαλογισμού όταν το επιτρέπει η συγκεκριμένη φιλοσ
