Cooking the perfect steak at home.
What you will need:
• 1 steak ( i.e rib - eye, picanha etc), about 1-inch thick.
• Salt and pepper.
• Olive oil or butter.
Here's how to do it:
Preheat your grill or pan to high heat.
Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place the steak on the grill or pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
Remove the steak from the heat and lower the heat. Add butter, rosemary, and garlic to the skillet, tilt pan toward you so that butter pools on one side, and use a large spoon to continually baste steak with butter for about 1 minute.
