Crete is a big island, with plenty of winding roads that also increase the travelling time.
There is no point to suggest a place you need to drive 6 hours return. For example, the unique but remote Vai/Palm Beach is amazing, however, I would not suggest a visit if you stay in Chania. The return trip alone is at least 7-8 hours.
You get the point.
This is not just a plain undoable list, it’s an actionable one.

Our Story
FAEDRA BEACH HOTEL" is ranked Class A' Superior and it is located on the quiet and sandy beach Ammoudara (Blue Flag award), 3 km from Agios Nikolaos, one of the nicest and most picturesque places of Crete.
The hotel consists of suites, apartments and studios. It's building is new and one of the best-known buildings in the area thanks to its modern architectural design.
All rooms have balcony with sea and garden view, they are spacious and nicely fitted and decorated, equipped with:

* Colour TV and Radio
* Direct Dial phone
* Luxury bathroom with bath and shower
* Modern, high quality and comfortable furniture
* Kitchenette with refrigerator
* Safe deposit box
* Double-glazing windows and doors.
A swimming pool is also available in the hotel area, equipped with the latest cleaning technology and state-of-the-art safety devices. A large sitting room hall with TV is available in the lobby. There is a regular local bus transportation to the centre of Agios Nikolaos and other destinations (towns, archaeological sites etc.) Local taverna's next to the swimming pool and on the sea front offer excellent Greek and international cuisine, along with their noted Cretan dishes.
The apartments can accommodate up to 6 people, the Junior Suites up to 5 people and the Faedra suite up to 8 people. For over 4 people (in junior suites or apartments) or over 6 in Faedra suite there is an extra bed charge per person/per night. All apartments and Faedra family suite have two bathrooms, two kitchenettes (equipped with fridge etc), two TVs etc.
