Our bread is made with just four ingredients: flour, water, sea salt, and naturally occurring live wild yeast (aka the sourdough starter).
No additives nor fast growing yeast is added.

Our sourdough?

WE MAKE OUR OWN sourdough starter. We do NOT use dried sourdough powder NOR ‘pre-mix’ and raised quickly with baker’s yeast.
Our sourdough starter is made with 2 natural ingredients, water and flour, nothing more.
The whole process is processed by the natural yeast in the air. Thus wild yeast gives our sourdough bread its distinct, tangy flavor.
