• managing the membership database
• answering membership and general email queries
• developing job alerts for inclusion on our client’s website
• follow up of outstanding accounts
• assisting our account manager with events
• Track and prepare monthly statistics on event attendance and membership numbers to report to ExCo at monthly meetings
• Liaise with host firms to arrange event logistics
• Supply guest lists to host firms
• Update attendance records for each event in Wild Apricot
• Assisting with sending of event notices and reminders
• Administration support for committee members
