理念
弦樂間(AD LIB MUSIC)為一所為兒童及青少年提供專業弦樂訓練的音樂學院。AD LIB MSUIC為浸會大學音樂系碩士林日鋒先生創立，林氐專攻小提琴教學，參考多位教育大師的教學法後，創立個人教學法，令學生能有效率地學習，樂在其中。林氐深信，每位小朋友均有音樂潛能，須要用不同方法引導及啟發。林氐主張為學生打好良好基礎，不會只為考試及比賽而教學。為提供全面的音樂訓練，林氐設立弦樂團，教授合奏技巧，讓學生感受「獨樂樂不如眾樂樂」的樂趣。弦樂間每年舉辦學生音樂會，讓學生及家長了解自己的進度，以及上台演奏的禮儀和面對壓力的技巧 。
林氐早年於浸會大學跟隨兒童教育家Miss F***y Ho學習，認識到許多外國教育家如Carl Orff, Dalcroze, Kodaly 的教學方法。至於小提琴教學法，林氐吸收不同大師如篠崎弘嗣、Suzuki、C.Paul Herfurth和 Iva
