First of all, we would like to gratitude Richard Dolan, Pertaringa Winery Owner to come and support our event. The event was a great success and Richard presence added immense vaule to the evening. He insights into winemaking were truly fascinating. The Wine was exceptional, and the pairing with the food was impeccable.
Furthermore, LUNA is also a contemporary Chinese restaurant which include vibrant flavours and modern interpretations of Chinese cuisine. They blends traditional elements with a sleek and contemporary ambiance, creating an amazing dining experience for all.

Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais Nouveau 2023 - EST Arrive!!

Beaujolais nouveau is a red wine made from Gamay grapes produced in the Beaujolais region of France. It is a vin de primeur, fermented for just a few weeks before being released for sale on the third Thursday of November. Distributors famously race to get the first bottles to different markets around the globe.

The production of Beaujolais Nouveau involves a winemaking technique called carbonic maceration, which results in a wine with vibrant fruit flavors and low tannins. After the grapes are harvested, they are fermented whole, with the fermentation taking place inside the grape berries themselves. This process enhances the wine's fruity characteristics.

Beaujolais Nouveau is typically consumed within a few months of its release and is meant to be enjoyed young. It is often associated with a festive atmosphere and is celebrated with special events and parties known as "Beaujolais Nouveau Day" in many parts of the world. The wine is served slightly chilled, and its light, approachable nature makes it a popular choice for casual occasions and social gatherings.
