💻設計案例
南灣 Larvotto

由客戶的需求出發，設計師希望在憑著增加空間感，營造舒適、溫馨的生活空間。

設計師運用了簡潔的美學。加上淺色調的配色、富豐的材料選擇和對空間刻意留白。此外，家俬亦以掛牆為主，利用下方的留白的視覺空間，增加視覺空間。木紋飾面和金屬框架及飾條，統一整體設計亦能增添了一抹優雅。

從入口大堂的木條子到客廳形成了一個玄關空間，亦為門口走廊增添特色；櫃體歸邊及特色牆牆無阻單位的廣闊海景，同時為客廳創造一種深度感，同時也使客廳顯得更加寬敞。

From the outset and client brief, the designers want to increase spaciousness in interior design and create a comfortable and inviting living space.

The designers use clean and uncluttered aesthetics. Emphasis is on light colour palette, complementary material choice and a focus on negative space. Furthermore, furniture is lifted off the floor to create visual space underneath and gives the impression of a larger room. Wood finishes and selected uses of stainless steel frames and trims creates a touch of elegance to the overall cohesive design.

Journey from the entrance lobby wood features to the living room creates a transitional space which draws the eye to the focal point of the room, which is the massive curtain wall with extensive sea view beyond. This creates a sense of depth to the room and also an openness to the room beyond.

環境的氣氛、顏色、感覺會影響到人的心理及身理以至行為等。有沒有想過一個合適的室內設計能改變個人的睡眠質素、可以令一家人共螎？對不少人來說室內設計看似虛無，像是一切只憑感覺或者經驗，當普遍人把注意力著重在裝修工人的手工上，仿佛忘記了一個好的設計才是真正的靈魂所在之處。

客廳主色以白配胡桃木飾面，亦盡量減少不必要的線條，以玫瑰金不銹鋼帶出少量輕奢華，客廳儲物櫃刻意升高，方便清潔之餘，亦可給寵物犬一個無形的犬舍。再以一個招牌式電視櫃分隔客飯廳。

刻意簡化主人房線條，以滲光方式作為主要照明，創造一個既美觀又能顧及實用和易眠的主人房

A cosy and comfortable living space for a family of 3 and their pet dog.

For many people, our physical and psychological well-being are affected by the environment that we live in. This living environment is created by cohesively crafted spaces and delicately chosen colour, material, texture and lighting.

Whilst it may be easy to appreciate the physical craft of works, it is however, equally important in the awareness of the intangible aspect of the design which is the created spaces. People often have feeling and experience attached to the latter.

The featured project allows for crafted spaces for all the occupants. Suitable interior design could enhance family time in shared common areas, individualise personal spaces and improve the quality of sleep.

The living room incorporates a cohesive colour of white and walnut wood with minimal lines throughout. Hints of luxury are brought out by the use of rose gold stainless steel in subtle areas.

All of the cabinets and cupboards in the living room are deliberately raised from the floor to ease cleaning and also to provide more room for the dog to roam around. A feature TV cabinet defines the living and dining area whilst not sacrificing the visual and spatial connection.

The master bedroom is deliberately kept with simple lines and forms, with the main lighting features creating and emphasising both an elegant yet practical sleeping space.

After a hectic day at work, nothing is more rewarding than returning to a calm and cosy home, readily greeted by a friendly tail-wagging dog!
