World Ayurveda Day was celebrated in Hong Hong by the Indian consulate on 10 th Nov 23.
Prelude to that there were a series of events , one of which was a dinner at Jashn with Honourable Consul general of India , honorable Consul general of Egypt with his wife, Ming pao and consulate members.
Indian culinary culture in all its diversity has always been influenced by Ayurveda.
Shilpas Masala Mill was happy to collaborate with Mr Terry from Jashn to formulate a Goan inspired Menu with Ayurvedic benefits and principles in mind.
Result was a fantastic evening enriched with Ayurveda and cultural exchanges all while enjoying a delicious Indian meal.
Thank you CGI Hong Kong and Jashn for giving me this memorable opportunity.
