LIFE Group!

So, you might be curious about the term "LIFE Group" that we have mentioned in the previous posts. But, what does LIFE actually stands for? 🤔

"L" = Loving: We accept and love for one another in our community regardless of our background. When facing ups and downs in our lives, we are still able to care and encourage one another.❤️

"I" = Investment: We want to invest our time and presence in the community, with the objective of supporting and encouraging one another to build up the community. 🏗️

"F" = Faith: As we mentioned that we're a faith-based community, we want to grow together in learning and living God's words. Despite facing challenging times, but we as a community will encourage and support each other's growth in faith. ✝️

"E" = Enjoyment: LIFE group is not just a weekly event that studies the Bible. We hope that everyone in the community can spend quality time together through different hangout activities. 🎮

Mezami 2022-2023

Mezami! You might be wondering what does it mean🧐? Well, it was inspired by "Mes Ami" and if you know French it means "my friends". 🤝

This past year, we came together as a small fellowship group called Mezami. We met every Wednesday, hung out every Friday, and went to church on Sundays!

Why? Because we wanted to build friendships as our faith has taught us ❤️. These friendships were more than just talking about our daily lives. It was really about knowing each one of us and accepting one another for who we are. Even when we had rough seasons like exams or personally, we were always there for one another and continued to invest in each other throughout the year 🤲.

PBnJ 2022-2023

Last year, we met together as PBnJ (that stands for 'Precious and Beloved in Jesus'!) every Tuesday, spending quality nights on Fridays, and went to church on Sundays!

Despite coming from different backgrounds, we are still able to get to know with each other, and we even have the chance to build genuine friendship with one and another through weekly catch-ups! Not just the fun and games, throughout this past season, we have invested in each other's lives and we have witnessed the growth of their faith as well!
