WEEWUNGWUNG
WEEWUNGWUNG is a digital design studio focusing on web and interactive experiences.
We explore the possibilities for dynamic identities and generative visuals on the world wide web. The name of the studio is an onomatopoeia used to describe the special sound effects used in old Cantonese movies where projectiles of "qi" are used in fight scenes. The sound is used in combination of different body gestures resulting in special visual and sound effects, resembling some of the modern-day interactive experiences.

We have created the website for Public Open Space Design Lab – a cross-sectoral design empowerment initiative looking at innovative opportunities for reinventing public open spaces in Hong Kong. The site features various interactive adaptations of the visual identity with realtime physics in WebGL.

We designed and developed a website to replace the traditional keynote presentation of the East brand book. The website embraces rich transitions and interactions while keeping the browsing experience simple, targeting different tiers of viewers. Content of the website shortens for public viewing, and lengthens through a simple login access, targeting corporates or high level investors.

Amid the social distancing days during the pandemic,we have created a virtual online exhibition website for deTour 2020. Unlike conventional virtual experiences, the website allow social interactions throughout the online journey where users will be able to see movements of other visitors, and be able to chat with others in real time while browsing through each of the exhibitions and live online design dialogues.

We have created a website for an exhibition hosted by PMQ 元創方 featuring architecture and interior designers. The work by each participating party was graphically represented by an emblem. On the website we have created a short and simple animation for each of the emblem, creating a dynamic visual identity on screens.

Adidas Originals ✕ Pharrell Williams @ Yohood Shanghai 2019
The interactive photo booth experience at Yohood Shanghai 2019 allow visitors to pick a pair of Adidas sneakers to represent themselves via a set of predefined phrases in the "Now is Our Time" campaign. Photos taken at the photo booth are shown on the video walls around the booth in real time, and visitors are able to retrieve their shots by scanning unique QR codes at the end of the photo taking journey.
