豉汁蒸排骨滿足您的味蕾。 用豉汁醃製的排骨鮮嫩可口，蒸熟後味道完美。 這道菜令人垂涎欲滴，能滿足您的每一個慾望！
產品：
美國無激素排骨
美國無激素排骨|買九送一
準備時間：10 分鐘 烹調時間：20 分鐘 供食用：4
材料：
400 克排骨
2 大匙豆豉醬
1 湯匙中國米酒或乾雪莉酒
2 茶匙生粉
半茶匙磨碎的鮮薑
2 瓣大蒜，切碎
1/4 茶匙現磨黑胡椒或白胡椒碎
1 大匙食油
1 茶匙芝麻油
1 茶匙糖
製作說明：
1. 在一個大碗中，加入豆豉醬、米酒（或雪莉酒）、生粉、薑末、蒜末、胡椒粉、食油、芝麻油和糖。 攪拌均勻，製成醃料。
2. 將排骨放入碗中，攪拌均勻，使排骨均勻沾上醃料。
3. 將醃製好的排骨和醬汁倒入可放入蒸籠的耐熱淺平底鍋中。
4. 將蒸架放在炒鍋內，注入清水，差不多到蒸架的高度。 轉大火，將水燒開。 沸騰後，轉為中高火。
5. 小心地將裝有排骨的平底鍋放到炒鍋中的蒸架上。 中高火蒸 18-20 分鐘，直到排骨不再呈現粉紅色。 確保在整個蒸製過程中保持炒鍋中的水位。 如有需要，可添加更多的水。
6. 蒸熟後，將鍋子從蒸籠中取出。 將蒸好的豆豉排骨與您喜歡的配菜和米飯一起食用。

How To Prepare Steamed Pork Spare Ribs With Black Bean Sauce? 😍😍🌈🌈
Delight your taste buds with our Steamed Black Bean Pork Spare Ribs. Tender, flavourful ribs marinated in black bean sauce, steamed to perfection. A mouthwatering dish that satisfies every craving!

US Pork Spare Ribs and Hormone Free (400g)
US Pork Spare Ribs and Hormone Free (400g) | Buy 9 Get 1 Free
Preparation Time: 10 mins Cooking Time: 20 mins Serving: 4
Ingredients:
400g pork spare ribs
2 tablespoons black bean sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper or ground white pepper
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine black bean sauce, rice wine (or sherry), cornstarch, grated ginger, minced garlic, ground pepper, cooking oil, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix well to create a marinade.
2. Add the pork spare ribs to the bowl and toss well to coat the ribs evenly with the marinade.
3. Transfer the marinated spare ribs and sauce into a shallow heatproof pan that can fit inside a steamer.
4. Place a steaming rack inside a wok and fill it with water, almost up to the height of the rack. Turn the heat to high and bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium-high.
5. Carefully place the pan with the spare ribs onto the steaming rack in the wok. Steam the ribs on medium-high heat for 18-20 minutes, or until the ribs are no longer pink. Ensure that the water level in the wok is maintained throughout the steaming process. Add more water if needed.
6. Once cooked, remove the pan from the steamer. Serve the Steamed Black Bean Pork Spare Ribs with your favourite selection of side dishes and rice.
