Cordero iberico 伊比利亞羊肉

Spanish lamb ribs marinated with moorish spices for a minimum of 24 hours and then slowly cooked at 70 degrees Celsius for 14 hours severed with a frizzee citrus salad and mojo verde these tender fall off the bone ribs are sure to delight with every bite.

你最喜歡的香料是什麼？煙燻辣椒粉？小茴香？茴香籽？不如我們加入更多香料，如有八角茴香和大蒜，打造摩爾式香料混合物。我們將以上的香料醃製羊排24小時，然後將它們慢煮14 小時，配上柑橘醬菜沙拉。最後，我們在排骨上撒上mojo verde，這會增強不少風味。

🧑🏻‍🏫What is All Saints' Day🎃?

All Saints' Day🕯 is a tradition celebrated globally. The Halloween that we celebrate, meaning "All Hallow's Eve", is in fact the night before the 'All Saints' Day'. It is said that this custom orginates from Celtic harvest festival, when everybody dresses up scary costumes 🦹‍♂️to keep off the ghosts👻.
Every year on November 1st, special masses will be held in Catholic and Eastern Orthodox churches ⛪️ to honour the Saints as well as commemorating the passed ones✨.
This is the equivalent to the chinese "Ching Ming Festival'. Families will gather in cemetries🪦, hands with bouquet of flowers💐 to honor their departed love ones.
There are specials sweet treats such as Saint's bones 🦴and Panellets to celebrate this day too!

All Saints Day諸聖節🕯是全球眾多西方國家都會慶祝的傳統。我們慶祝的Halloween，意思是“萬聖節前夕”，其實是“諸聖節”的前一天晚上。 據說這個習俗起源於凱爾特人的豐收節，當時每個人都會穿上猙獰可怕的服裝🦹‍♂️來驅趕鬼魂👻。
而每年11月1日諸聖節當日天主教和東正教教堂⛪️都會舉行特別彌撒，以紀念聖人及逝去的人✨。
這相當於中國的「清明節」。家人會聚集在墓地🪦，手捧鮮花💐，以懷念已故的親友。
