I have been quite swamped with my new role as a corporate leadership facilitator/ trainer and program designer. Phew, a lot of brain juice is going there plus a concurrent project assignment is jamming my time. I have not been posted a lot regularly about wellness and spirituality.
But I also know there is no difference teaching an executive vs someone in yoga studio or Ayurveda clinic. Why? Because they both want the same thing: happier, healthier and more fulfilled with life. Our body and mind limited us in many ways, esp our unconscious judgments - to ourselves and others. While designing the new leadership training program, I am also closer to biology and physiology. Our cognitive ability starts with “excluding” what is not to form our perceptions by nature. So it’s so easy for us to dissect things, people and events so we know what is “good” and “bad”.
But all this is our thoughts and ideas.
They are meant to be trained and re-engineered if you want to be happier/ content with life.
Go away from “excluding” and move to “including”
People always ask me how many students do you teach? My response is always the same, teaching 1 student is no different to teach 100 students. I just show up. I offer them my undivided attentions.
Don’t count your scores. Focus what’s in front of you. That’s the tip to stay content with what you have.

我們的身體和思想在許多方面限制了我們,尤其是我們對自己和他人的無意識判斷。在設計新的領導力培訓計畫的同時,我也更接近生物學和生理學。我們的認知能力始於「排除」那些不自然形成我們感知的事物。所以我們很容易剖析事物、人和事件,這樣我們就知道什麼是「好」和「壞」。
但這一切都是我們的想法。
如果您想對生活感到更快樂/滿意,就應該對它們轉變。
從“排除”轉向“包括”
人們總是問我你教了多少學生?我的回答總是一樣的,教 1 個學生和教 100 個學生沒有什麼不同。我只是出現。我全心全意地關注他們。
不要計算你的分數。專注於你面前的事物。這是對你所擁有的保持滿足的秘訣。

It’s been over 6 years I haven’t been to Europe. This time I took my family to my favourite place, Lake Como, in Italy. Nothing much changed after 12 years but things I used to attach to no longer have that much effect on me anymore.
This world is a beautiful place created by us.
Cherish every present moment with the people you love. ❤️
