Seeking for Administration clerk
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in procurement of office supplies, such as stationery and other office supplies ordering
• Provide general administrative support to
the Administration Manager and the Company
• Handle clerical duties including data input and filing
• Handle ad hoc duties if required
Job Requirement:
• DSE or above standard with at least 1 years' experience in
handling internal office set up matters
• Attention to details with good numerical sense
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Self -motivated, responsible and independent
• Proficiency in WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK and Chinese word
processing
• Fair command of both spoken and written
English and Chinese
•Knowledge in Accounting would be an advantage.
• 5-day work, 9:30-6:00
• 10days Annual Leave
• HKD13,000 - HKD14,500
