Fun find today, this an empty shell washed up to shore of a creature named Clypeaster japonicus, the Japanese sea biscuit, is a species of sea urchin in the family Clypeasteridae. This species was first scientifically described in 1885 by the German zoologist Ludwig Heinrich Philipp Döderlein. According to Wikipedia, 5 inch long by 4 and half inch wide. It’s beautiful, souvenir for me.
