Paid Internship: Junior consultant in International Projects

If you are a smart, internationally open-minded team player, your mission will be:
- Contribution to the elaboration of complex and interesting tenders;
- Staffing these international tenders with free-lance experts.
- Project management of the won assignments.

EUROPE Ltd is a Budapest based public sector advisory company working on international projects. Our main clients are the European Commission as well as the UK, the Dutch and the Swedish governments. We have completed projects in over 80 countries.

You gain an exciting experience with us, learning about many countries, and gain in-depth understanding how international economic development supports the developing countries. You master our main technical fields: public health, public administration reform and public financial management. This work is for you if the following fits you
- C2 level English with excellent writing skills;
- Master’s degree studies preferably in economics, international relations, public policy or related fields;
- Top of the class student;
- Outstanding communicator with good cooperation skills.
We love self-motivated, creative problem solvers with internationally open personality. Prior similar or related experience is an asset.

The work can be performed only from our office in Budapest – we have a nice office environment with multi-lingual and multi-national team. We work both in English and in French.

EUROPE Ltd successfully conducted the annual performance assessment of 144 Local Governments in Uganda between December 2017 to March 2018. The results of the LGPA were formally unveiled and discussed at the Dissemination Workshop chaired by the Office of the Prime Minister of Uganda (OPM) on the 27th of June. EUROPE Ltd, contracted for this DFID-funded assignment, was honoured and proud to be invited by OPM to the event. Two consultants representing EUROPE Ltd attended the full-day workshop in Kampala where they could further engage with stakeholders about the assessment process, systemic issues and improvement actions.

EUROPE Ltd was present at the European Development Days forum in Brussels. This forum organized every year by the European Commission, gave us the opportunity to know more about the new challenges in the field of development.

We were delighted to attend the 7th international Evaluation, Audit & Monitoring conference in Budapest this week! Very interesting and challenging topics were covered.
