Production technology
The incoming raw water of the two wells gets into the filtering room, but not at the same time,
because the capacity of both wells is bigger than that of the water filler.
In the filtering room are placed the raw water strainer and the pressure compensating unit of 50 l
that ensures the running water supply at operating pressure (4 to 6 bar).
The filtering device equipped with four inner filters was produced according to the US and EU
standards and operated excellently during the Katerine hurricane in the USA when the water supply
was failed. Its operation (backwashing, rinsing at start) is controlled by a low capacity computer.
Biological contamination got into the system accidentally (although it is impossible) will be
eliminated by UV lamps. Two water treatment devices, each of them with 1 m3 tank capacity with
disinfection liquid, are placed in the filtering room for rinsing of bottles. It is fitted out with a
separate pump and pressure regulator.The bathrooms, showers, lavatories are supplied with purified
water from filtering room

The purified water runs both ways:
• either into the saturator in the other room, where, after having absorbed the gas forwarded from
the CO2 basin, the carbonized water gets into the water filling machine.
• or directly into the water filling machine – in case of filling the bottles only with water.
In the saturation room there is an air compressor which is necessary to the operation of the filling
machine, caping machine and date setting.
The empty bottles are transported from the package store to the filling room and into the washer
where the bottles are washed under pressure inside and outside with the disinfected water
described earlier. After washing the bottles are placed into the dryer, from where they are lifted by
the worker performing the filling.

The filling machine is a COMIX product and it can reliably fill through 5 pieces of filling neck a
quantity of 400 l/hour/pc water into bottles. The required quantity of water supply, delay time, dose
of flavouring substance, and quantity of water to be filled can be set by a low-capacity computer.
After filling the already filled bottles shall be placed into the capping machine by hand, where an air
blown piston automatically screws the cap and fits up the date.
Next to the filling machine there is a syrup can of 30 l where the pressure is ensured by air. From
here the syrup gets to the 5th filling neck. From the capping machine a worker places the bottle on a
stainless steel portable desk and it is removed into the other room. The bottles are labelled and put
into boxes there. When the boxes are full of bottles, they are taken to the finished goods store.

For the necessary and required water quality testing water is gained in the bottling plant, from where
it is taken to the administration room. The required analysis is performed on the stainless steel desk.
The administrator takes a seat in this room. The other room belongs to the plant manager, next to
this room a complete bathroom with lavatory can be found. Separated for the men and women
workers, a bath and a lavatory are available.On the back- front of the building there are two outdoor rooms. The first one is a generator room
where two generators ensure the power supply for the plant. The electric switchboard can be found
here and it is planned so that an additional outer connection can easily be performed later. The other
room is a servicing room (preventive maintenance room) which is equipped with lavatory as well.
The necessary larger repair-and-maintenance works can be performed here.

The sewage arisen during the operation of plant can be disposed by 2 ways. The rinsing water goes
directly into the open ditch near to the building because this water is clear. The sewage arisen during
the operation of different machines of the plant is disposed from the building into the sewage
purification plant having three cassettes with activated sludge. Because of the level difference the
sewage from the building gets into the plant through a pump-shaft where the installed pump is
operating automatically (switching depends on the level of sewage in the shaft). Microbes (bacterias)
are settled so their continuous supplementation is ensured.
