Boxing is not only for professional athletes. Fun fact, boxing is most fun cardio you can do and low risk intensity. So many options with boxing, with footwork or static, you will definitely sweat much. As long as you use your whole core, boxing won’t hurt you and burn minimum 300 cals per hour. Why wait?

When we do boxing, is it only punch and pad?

It’s not. To get the sharp and powerful punches, we also need to train our core, shoulders, arms, legs/ footwork, focus and endurance. Yes, boxing is that complete package. 👊🏾🔥
