When prompted about iconic Christmas cocktails the name that often springs to mind is eggnog. The roots lie in a medieval English drink/dessert called Posset, famously using eggs, milk, ale and spices. Somewhere along the way the ale was switched up with spirits - at Pantja we use a split base of VSOP brandy and @plantation.rum OFTD overproof rum.
