Gemasi expresses deepest condolences upon the passing of Prof. Dr. Ing. H. Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie, FREng on 11 September 2019. Former President BJ Habibie was our hero of democracy and pioneer in aviation and aerospace engineering. May his soul rest in peace.

[TOEFL PREPARATION AND TEST]

Sastra Inggris Universitas Padjadjaran is ready to give you all the knowledge that matters regarding TOEFL through our own TOEFL Preparation and Test!

Preparation will be given on April 27th at Fakultas Ilmu Budaya by three speakers for three sections of the TOEFL (Reading, Structure, Listening), while the Test will be held on April 28th at Pusat Bahasa Universitas Padjadjaran. Suit yourselves up and wait for further steps of registration!

The ascent to heaven. Isra Mi'raj are the two parts of a Night Journey taken by Muhammad.
Gemasi wishes you the best for this occasion of Al Isra Wal Mi’raj.

Isra is Muhammad's flight journey from Haram Mosque, Saudi Arabia to Al-Aqsa Mosque, Palestine using Buraq. Mi'raj is Muhammad's ascent to Bait-ul Ma'mur. With the core meaning of the journey is the order to observe five prayers a day.

[GEMASI’S MOVIE DISCUSSION]

The upcoming Gemasi's Movie Discussion aims its flashlight towards violence against children through the screening and discussion of Spotlight (2015).

Plot summary:
In 2001, editor Marty Baron of The Boston Globe assigns a team of journalists to investigate allegations against John Geoghan, an unfrocked priest accused of molesting more than 80 boys.

Blend in with the atmosphere early by visiting our wall magazine. The screening will be held tomorrow 18.30, March 27, at Aula Gedung B.

Our fellow brothers and sisters over at Sentani, Jayapura has experienced a devastating disaster.

The death toll has reached 100+ and thousands of homes are destroyed. Please consider to join us in aiding Sentani by donating, any donation amount is greatly appreciated, God bless.
