For the store design, we collaborated with Japan's no.10 of Nomurakougeisha who designed a huge glass house with 360-degree seating. We planted lots of trees around, so eventually the store will be surrounded by beautiful garden.

It's finally time for % Arabica to open in Tokyo, Japan. Our founder, Kenneth is originally from Tokyo, but he started the brand in Hong Kong and Kyoto. He has been waiting for the right opportunity to open in his hometown ever since.

The opportunity has finally come. It's the biggest development in Tokyo for this decade, led by the top developer, Mori Building. We are fortunate to have been assigned two great locations.

% Founder Kenneth moved to Bali, Indonesia in 2020 with his family. His mission was to raise his three sons to become surfers, as Bali is one of the best surf islands in the world. He also wanted to start a Japanese breakfast concept cafeteria in Bali, so he started visiting popular cafes and restaurants to study the market. Through doing so, he liked a vegan cafe in Ubud called the best, as the brand offers a complete package of a vegan restaurant, yoga center, clinic and a vegan cooking school. Surprisingly, Alchemy's owner heard the rumor and contacted Kenneth, inviting him to join the management team to expand Alchemy globally, similar to what Kenneth is doing for % ΔRΔBICΔ.

Our new store in Bali is the first collaboration between % ΔRΔBICΔ and Alchemy. It is located in the most popular neighbourhood in Bali today, Bingin, Uluwatu.

For the store design, we invited designers from to Bali, and they thoroughly studied the local materials and designs. The result is this beautiful store, and we love the design so much.

Alchemy has already signed a franchise agreement for UAE and Japan, and our first store outside Bali will open in Tokyo in November 2023 at Azabudai Hills, next to Tokyo Tower.
