What to expect….

Guided by your own personal elf guide you will wander through Santa’s Magical Village. Along the way you will visit the elf workshop, the reindeer stables where your young ones will pick up some magical reindeer food, watch one of Santa’s favorite movie clips before Mrs Claus puts on cooking performance in her magical kitchen and as you embark on your journey to see Santa himself in his amazing grotto you will pass by the winter wonderland

Kilkenny
Castlecomer will be shining bright once again as the festival of light takes over the town on November 24th. Beginning with Santa’s arrival at 6pm, where he’ll turn on the town’s lights and Christmas Tree. Local families will then parade to the Estate Yard at Castlecomer Discovery Park, where there will be music, food and craft stalls. With the stalls wrapping up at 9.30pm you’ll make it home just in time for the Late Late Toy Show.

This community event is organised by the Synergy Group, a Castlecomer town development association that aims to make Castlecomer a great place to live, work and do business. The event involves all aspects of the community including local schools.

This is a magical event that is always very well attended. A great way to begin your Christmas celebrations and to get in the festive spirit!

We would like to welcome neurodiverse families to Santa’s Magical Village on this day, and celebrate with Santa your way. Our team are ready to help and support your family, so your child can have a happy and memorable visit to Santa, Mrs. Claus and their mischievous Elves 🎅🏼🤶
How will Sensory Santa differ:
😌 Santa, Mrs. Claus and their elves are super patient and calm.
💡The environment will have reduced festive music and lighting for an all still very magical experience.
🫶🏻 We have reduced queuing and longer time slots for your family to get through the experience. We will give precise time slots in advance, so no surprises and no stress.
We recognise that not one size fits all, so we are ready to personalise to your needs to make it work for each individual family. We may not get everything 100% right, but we will make every effort to create a really special time for you and your child 🥰
