We are aware of a mobile scam whereby you are contacted by someone claiming to be an Amazon agent. You are told that your account has been compromised and they will request remote access to your account to process a "refund". This is completely disingenuous and we had two customers today who have been affected. Please be vigilant of the increasing mobile scams prevalent at the moment.
