While digging in the winter cover crops we were amazed at all the wiggly worms. We did a worm survey prior to starting no dig gardening so it was fantastic to see an increase in worm numbers at the end of the season!

Delighted to be supplying Quay Coop Cork with delicious Organic Microgreens. Pea, radish and brassica mix microgreens are available amongst all the other delicious and nutritious products.

New product alert! You can now buy our organic potted basil on Neighbour Food. We also have fresh chillies, courgettes, mangetout, and celery all of which have been grow in our no-dig regenerative farming system. Bon appetite!

Pea microgreens add colour and a crunchy texture to your meal, but did you know that pea microgreens are an excellent source of Vitamin K, Vitamin C, and antioxidants? A portion of pea microgreens contains similar levels of these vitamins to spinach or broccoli so adding pea microgreens to your meal means you are taking care of your eyes, heart, bones, and skin.

A busy few weeks in the growing shed and garden were capped off with a successful organic inspection by the Organic Trust. Our organic microgreens are available via Neighbour Food and we will soon be selling organic potted herbs.

After many weeks of research, construction, problem-solving and planning it is finally time to launch Beechmount Farm. Initially we will be selling organic microgreens via the fantastic Neighbour Food and in the coming weeks we will expand our range to include herbs and vegetables. Stay tuned to see the steps we are taking to make our farm more sustainable and how we are implementing regenerative practices to support the environment.
