Over the last 2 years we have been working with the owners of newly obtained houses, where the new owners have an engineer's report outlining the "state" of the electrical installation of the property.

Unfortunately this is only a visual report carried out by a competent engineer and tells very little about the true state of the installation.

Nice project we just completed for the Inniscarra Community Centre. We were delighted with the results of upgrading the existing flood lighting with new LEDs. The results speak for themselves.

We have just upgraded the lights on Astro pitch in Ballyanly. This project would not have been possible without the continuing funding and donations. We have just set up a go GoFundMe page. We welcome all donations no matter how big or small.

Now is a good time to have your boiler's annual service.

Water pump maintenance..... So how often do you think about getting your pump health checked? I bet most wait until the water stops coming out of the taps. It's a day for the ducks.... Today's calls so far are from customers who's trips are activating due to damaged outside lights or sockets filling with rain water. But this one I went out to was inside the building.... I suspect the roof was damaged during storm Brendan and now the rain is pouring into the property. Hurrah! After all those years of wanting and asking, we finally have a public toilet in ! It is a super, high-quality facility. The door is openable from 06.00 to 21.00, is locked overnight and a cleaning contract has been put in place. Big thanks to Cork County Council for having provided it. It will make a huge difference 👍👍👍

We just completed the full electrical and plumbing install at Passage west public toilet and shower facility. Now open to all members of the public from 6am to 9pm daily. With touch activated automatic entry and exit door it makes it easy for everyone to access.
