We’re now expanding and in the search for a local partner to take the lead on launching Property Manager in Mullingar. This unique role will enable you to build your own holiday let portfolio whilst earning a portion of the commission on a monthly basis. As well as receiving the benefits of being self-employed, including increased earnings and the opportunity to mould your own work/life balance, Property Manager also offers each partner the full training and support needed to succeed.
Our ideal candidate must be a self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to ‘think big’ while paying careful attention to detail. This is the perfect opportunity to become part of a growing global company.
Responsibilities:
Developing relationships and negotiate contracts with Landlords
Developing referral networks with local estate agents
Handling inbound and outbound sales through the phone and in person
Maximising revenues and growing the property portfolio
Ensuring timely and successful delivery of services to customers
Taking responsibility for the service quality (from cleaning to maintenance)
Requirements:
Based locally
A people person, comfortable interacting with casual hosts and ultra high-end professionals
Self-driven, self-motivated, proactive - a hustler!
Detail oriented, strong focus on quality
Ability to prioritize and structure problems
Proven property or lettings experience is a plus
Offer:
Uncapped commission structure (OTE 50,000€-100,000€ per annum)
A full training program covering all aspects of the company
Marketing collateral including business cards and online marketing
Access to platforms, including Zoopla and Rightmove
Back office support from our central team leaving you time to focus on what matters most
