Once you become aware of the different symptoms you can use your tool box to self manage.
To maintain overall well-being and health for my mind, body and soul these are part of my daily dose, how about you, would you add any to the list?

So many times we give our power away and not live the life we want.

When we begin to heal it starts with becoming aware something is wrong with our whole system it can even be a gut instinct.
I remember when I was in my 20's I had being ignoring all my past trauma I just kept running away from it, until eventually life stopped me in my tracks with a car accident and this made me be still and sit in what trauma from my past needed healing and 30 years later I am on different journeys of healing.
So if something does not feel right, sit with it till the answer comes, or some people find journaling or doing different therapies helps them to seek the healing you deserve.

Since the pandemic more of these issues have come to the surface and we are finding more people are numbing out even more through medication, alcohol etc this can exaggerate the problem even more.
How to recognise Anxious Attachment and how to cope, keep a journal of how you are feeling and if any patterns come up, choose a partner that has secure attachment, practice different forms of mindfulness, talk therapy, CBT or seek more professional help.

The next time you are working with clients or your team can even be your family and the best one is teenagers are you activating your key listening skills?

Often we find with clients when they want to improve their wellbeing or wellness they have such a long list, we like to get our clients to add one good thing at a time otherwise they get overwhelmed and stop, it is not a sprint but a life change, so one step at a time so you can enjoy the process along the way.

The inner critic or inner voice or sub personality that judges and demeans a person, it can produce feelings of shame, deficiency, low self - esteem and depression.
Sometimes we can't get off the starting line because that voice is telling us we are worthless.
When we take clients for coaching that's when we help and empower them to reframe, set small goals working up to the bigger goals, evidence check their reality, build empowering beliefs, set daily mantra's and gratitude so they can be compassionate to themselves.

How do you reward yourself we always suggest to our clients to write out a list of what fills their heart and soul up for example maybe you love to go to the forest or beach walks etc..you might get some surprises try and come up with 100 things that fills your heart up.

Sometimes we are not sure what is going on with our systems I get my clients to do a checklist starting with a body scan and normal it helps them to identify what is happening.
Once you know you can then make a better informed decision...
Remember you have got this.
I find if I take a break away from the task and go back to it with better energy it gets done quicker.
Both can tackle complex issues and should provide a safe space.
Always make sure when choosing a coach they have relevant up to date coaching credentials and that are specifically trained as a coach by a reputable coaching company as this is your life "you would not hire unqualified gas person to fix your gas" so why would you with your life?
By learning how to focus on what you can control you will most likely lean in on your strengths when things are not in your control.
Take a pen and add more to the list keep it as a reminder, my clients say it has helped them hugely with depression, anxiety and regulating their systems.
