Role: Senior Exports Administrator

Senior Exports Administrator
Rapidly growing manufacturer based in Co. Laois have an Exports Senior Administrator to join their Supply Chain team on a full time, permanent basis. This position is responsible for all outbound shipments where you will work collaboratively with multiple departments within the company to ensure timely deliveries whilst consistently adhering to outbound shipping compliances.
The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting and processing order shipments, assist with the onboarding of new customers and review risks associated with different process changes. You will obtain shipping quotes to book the outbound transportation of goods, plan for global export orders with regards to packaging and complete all relevant paperwork.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience within the manufacturing industry/ FMCG with excellent customer service skills as well as custom compliancy experience.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with export customs for smooth customs clearance
• Work collaboratively with other departments and the freight forwarders to ensure efficient delivery of products
• Validate customs data for new products/suppliers
• Monitor the production in anticipation of required items and shipment dates
• Booking the transport of goods with the selected freight forwarder
• Liaise with the warehouse team to plan the packing of outbound orders
• Document and process all shipping paperwork in line with company policy and shipping compliance regulations.
• Review and analyse data for exports
• Oversee the process of customs classification
• Act as the point of contact for all shipping related queries
• Prepare shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists etc) in accordance with country-specific guidelines
• Identify areas of improvement and optimise processes

Requirements:
• 2-3 years minimum experience in a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing or FMCG
• Excellent customer service skills (email/ phone manner)
• High attention to detail
• Project Management experience is essential to this role

Role: Rigid Truck Driver
Salary: €38,500 per year
Duration: Permanent
Location: Little Island Co. Cork
Benefits: €68.55 tax-free subsistence allowance per week and overtime paid for the 6th working day

One of Ireland’s leading distributors within the food and beverage sector are on the lookout for heavy goods drivers to join their team to deliver goods throughout the county and the surrounding areas.

They are offering a 40- 45 hour workweek rostered over 7 days, you will be required to work five days out of the seven with overtime paid for the sixth day worked. Shift time would be regularly between 5am – 12/2pm

You should have experience driving rigid trucks carrying out multi-drop deliveries, with a full clean class C Licence, up-to-date CPC’s and tachograph card. You will have excellent customer service skills to provide a first class service and build strong relationships with the clients.

Responsibilities
• Check all deliveries are loaded safely before leaving the depot.
• Ensure all products are scanned using assigned scanning equipment.
• Adhere to food safety standards.
• Reporting damages, accidents and issues relating to Food Safety.
• Plan your route to ensure timed deliveries are achieved.

Requirements
• Full clean C License.
• Up to date CPC’s.
• Valid tachograph card.
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• Friendly and physically capable of heavy lifting goods when required.

Upon successful screening process, you will be required to complete a health questionnaire and driving assessment.
