After a little time away from social media I’m back.

- Add a drop (of Lemon Vitality) to a glass of ice water for a refreshing beverage to sip on.

- Mix up a jar of Thieves scrub with 10 drops lemon, a capful of Thieves cleaner, and a cup of baking soda.

Good skin never goes out of fashion!

It’s so true! Our skin is the one thing we were every single day. We need to learn to make time to take care of it.

The last week my skin started to freak out. Not sure if it was hormones or a reaction to something I came into contact with, but I knew I needed to give it attention. So I changed my skin routine. Reached out for the products I knew are there to help calm, soothe and heal.

How’s your Sunday been?

I don’t know about you but it’s been a “catch your breath” kinda week so far with a “to do list” the length of your arm and feeling like I’m not shrinking it at any fast
rate.

So tonight I took myself off for some “me time”. Poured a glass of wine, ran a bath light a candle, put on some music and chilled out. Enjoying a bath is a very new thing for me. To be honest they always gave me anxiety! But I’ve learned how to do it in a way that works, where I’m not feeling overheated and overwhelmed. I can’t tell you how good it has been to do something for me... this has been my space - my place where I invest in me, in my health and well-being. My place I go to breathe at the end of the calm and the crazy weeks!

Space for YOU is vital, it’s essential and it’s life giving.

What’s your space?

Lately I’ve had some people ask me why I got into using essential oils. So I thought over the next month I’d spend some time talking about them.

That’s my Wellness Tip for today.

In case you didn't realise, this is the serum and facial oil you've been searching for.
I started started Trufflelixir last year purely because I was out of my usual serum and this was on offer. So why not right 🤷🏻‍♀️.
