Huge run in Rathoath Half Marathon yesterday from 1 of my rising stars Ross Mara.
Ross was hoping to run 1:24
Going by his training, dedication and commitment we were hoping for a little better 😀
1:21:45 was the Finish time
Sub 3 in the Marathon was always the Target
6 Weeks to go and Ross is definitely on course.

Great Way to finish the Year

A Good Coach knows how to get it just right.

A few big races for my training group in the next few weeks.
I’ll start the ball rolling on Saturday in the Home International Cross Country in Santry.
Followed by Annagasson 10k,Louth Senior Cross Country, Jingle Bells 5k and finally Louth Masters Cross Country.
Look forward to seeing lots of PBS and wins along the way.
There are a few places left to join the group.
Every level catered for.
Plans and Goal setting are key to progressing.
