Are you signed up yet??? ✨ New 4 week block starting on the 07.02.24 ✨ My aim for my Boot Camp style classes are that I combine the best of cardiovascular and strength training. Expect I aim to challenge your mind and body as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises through timed intervals of free weights, plyometrics, cardio training & balance work. Classes will vary in time between 40 & 60 minutes. Give yourself that hour to push yourself as best you can and leave feeling accomplished!! Classes may be a “one size fits all” option but it’s up to you to put the time and effort in, you can go to any class and join in go through the motions and think you completed it- there’s one day ticked off, that’s not what we want.! Here we aim to push you, mind and body to make sure you progress on each training session ✌️ please drop me a dm for more info

✨ January 2024 Bootcamp ✨
Timetable-

Mornings-
Monday, Wednesday & Friday @6.30am

Evenings-
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday @7.00pm

Morning classes are 40mins and evening classes are 60mins.

The type of classes that’ll I’ll be running are for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced, it all depends on the workload you want to put into your session.

Remember there’s no point in half doing something, put your mind to it and put every effort in to that 40/60 minute session and your done, you’ll leave with a clearer head and that overall feel good factor.

What we’re aiming for from my classes-

Increased cardiovascular strength – bootcamp has many fitness based exercises which is great for building cardiovascular fitness

Increased muscle strength – bootcamp has many strength based exercises which is great for building muscle strength

Increased muscular endurance – bootcamp has many exercises that develop muscular endurance

Increased calorie burn – bootcamp style training is great for burning those calories

Let’s start 2024 off the right, give yourself those 40/60 minutes and push yourself, everything takes time but keep at it and you’ll see the rewards.

Newest challenge starting 09.01.23. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
Why not come try out our newest “fit to the core challenge” !! This one is where we up our game push harder than we have before while enjoying the process! We aim to get those calories burning with our fast paced classes, with a mixture of strength and cardio you’ll be sure to build up a sweat!
Each class will be 45-60 mins long and all it takes is for you to show up and put the work in for that length of time and then leave feeling good, body wise but also with a clear head. Starting is always the hardest part, try something new or just do it for you!!! ✨ Let’s go January 💪

A large range of classes offered over a 4 week period . Each class will push you, while getting you close to your goals! I like to change things up so every class will be different to ensure you enjoy your sessions while also keeping you motivated throughout the 4 weeks!! I will be there to guide you and push you on in every session, who doesn’t love someone shouting encouragement ☺️ why not give it a try?? You will often hear people say I’m exercising 3-4 days a week but I haven’t lost any weight?

This can be the problem for a lot of people, the QUESTION is….

1. Are you eating healthy?
2. Have you cut your calorie intake?
3. Are you eating smaller potions?
4. Have you cut out fatty/sugary snacks?
5. Are you exercising along with eating a healthy balanced diet?

Here’s the thing, As good as exercise is for you, it won't help much with losing weight without having some sort of dietary modifications.

You gain weight when you eat more calories than you burn — or burn fewer calories than you eat. ... To lose weight, you need to create an energy deficit by eating fewer calories or increasing the number of calories you burn through physical activity or both.

Another thing is you may be exercising and thinking you cleaned up your diet by adding more veg or cutting out snacks, but you also need to remember are you eating the correct portion size meals?

ME as a trainer can push you to the limit in a class, I can shout and drive you on to get those two extra reps in, I can add in 10 more burpees, but the end result is up to YOU.

YOU need to put the healthy eating in place and follow a daily plan in the kitchen to see proper results, we can work together as a team in the studio and put the work in but when you leave the studio it’s not a case of “ ahh I burned a load of calories I can eat what I want now” you need to be persistent and determined in every aspect of “getting fit and healthy”

💥Exercise is only part of the work that’s going to make us achieve the goals we set for ourselves💥

Taking this class to the next level to really burn those calories and to get our heart rates pumping!!

This class will consist of 2-3 rounds of circuits with a mixture of exercises (free weights, body weight, spin bike, rower , treadmill plyo box, ropes and a few other surprises ☺️)

In between these circuits we will take on with core exercises to really get that “sore core”

Brilliant mixture of training carried out in these classes - Boxercise, circuits, bodypump , strength & conditioning, abs, core, legs, step hiit and lots more !!

This class is specifically for beginner level, it’s a slower pace but still good enough to ensure a good workout.

Wanna try out a good 45 min body burning class??

Based on time, this class helps each individual to perform different exercises.

You can bluff your way throughout each exercise if you like or you can actually give your full effort for 45 minutes and leave feeling that you’ve accomplished something (this is what we aim for) 🙌

Some of the benefits:

- Help keep your thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp
