Due to unforeseen circumstances Rev Rita's Ordination celebration service and presentation has been postponed.

It will take place on Sunday 29th September 2024 at 7.30pm (United Service) NOT THIS SUNDAY as previously planned.

Great day, Making an Easter Resurrection Garden at Messy Church today in St. Nicholas Parish Church. Finishing off with a super Easter eggs hunt around the church yard.

Egg-cellent times ahead.

GOOD FRIDAY Ecumenical Walk of the Cross ✝️ from St. Patrick's Cathedral to St. Nicholas’s Church (the Green Church) plus the ashes of the TAGS from the tree of Remembrance were blessed and scattered by Rev Richard Moore with Fr. Mark O'Hagan and colleagues.

Holy Week begins, as we approach Easter. We have services each evening from Monday to Thursday at 7.30pm. You are very welcome to join us.

Monday in Creggan Parish Church.
Tuesday in St Andrews Church Bush.
Wednesday in St Paul's Church Heynestown.
Maundy Thursday in St. Mary's Church Ballymascanlon

Good Friday in Dundalk at 11am. Also, The annual Good Friday ecumenical Carrying of the Cross, leaving St Patrick’s Cathedral at 10am, arriving at 11:00am, after traversing some of the street of the town, finishing at St. Nicholas’ Church (The Green Church) for a service of Passion Readings, hymns and prayers.

EASTER Saturday afternoon at 3pm Messy Church Easter and An Easter Eggs Hunt.

EASTER Sunday Dawn Ecumenical Service at Blackrock Sundial meet at 6.30am
