We are delighted to announce that we will be collaborating with Beo and The Well coffee shop with a morning run, every Tuesday in the month of June. It’s a free, social run with the added bonus of beautiful morning light.

Last run before the Ennis 10k on Sunday. And we made it! Thanks to all who have come to our weekly run throughout the year. We will start up again in a couple of months. In the meantime, keep moving, keep smiling and see you in the shop for a chat! 🏃 🏃‍♀️ 😊

This week’s run will meet in Lee’s Road , to run along the Ennis 10k route. See you tomorrow evening by the track at the children’s playground side.

Our weekly run will return on Wednesday, the 10th of January . We usually meet just before 7, outside the shop. Anybody can come and give this free weekly run a go! The pace is conversational and the distance is usually around 5km. Any questions, just ask in store. 🏃 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ 🎉
