In 2019 we launched our Gunpowder gin tasting experience, and in 2022 we came together again to craft a unique Ashford Castle gin; blending gunpowder tea, fresh citrus, and Ashford Estate honey and wood sorrel. Each bottle reflects our shared passion for quality, sustainability and supporting our local communities.

The Ashford Castle Gunpowder Gin is available exclusively at The Boutique in Ashford Castle and The Shed Distillery Experience Gift Shop in Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim.

Each year, our dedicated staff at Ashford Castle and The Lodge at Ashford Castle select a charity to support, and in 2024 we are honoured to support the Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation🌻

From taking to the streets of Mayo to aid the annual Hospice Sunflower Days last month, to organising events on the Ashford Estate throughout the year, the team work together to fundraise and support.
