⏺This class is for you.
It can be a little intimidating to walk into a class full of experienced yogis. We start at the very beginning with the basic postures and principals of yoga in a light hearted environment.
⏺️You'll feel more relaxed and a little more flexible afterwards. After 8 weeks you will have the tools to practice a short yoga session in your home.

Age 3 plus -boys and girls
A fun filled class using dance/music/song/imagery and a little imagination to create a yoga practice suitable for every child.
We practice yoga sequences using breathe awareness, balancing postures and fun partner poses.

58-year-old DonnaJean Wilde from Alberta, Canada, has broken the world record for the longest time in an abdominal plank position by a female.
Wilde planked for 4hr 30min 11sec, just over 10 minutes longer than the previous record set by Dana Glowacka in 2019. She completed the World Record breaking plank at the high school where she formerly served as vice principal before retiring.

Mum& Baby Yoga -Monday January 8th 10.45 am
Mum and Baby yoga classes are a great way to get back into exercising. Gentle yoga moves are modified for you and your baby to do together in a warm and relaxed environment.

Hello December
Nights are darker and colder, perfect time for a relaxing Restorative Yoga workshop by candlelight. Are you feeling, tired, tense or stressed? Take some time for yourself.
This is a very gentle body stretch. Slowly moving into each supported pose, held for 5 minutes with the support of cushions and blankets. Ending with guided relaxation accompanied by soft music. You will flow into a completely relaxed state and float home to a wonderful nights sleep.
