We will host a donation based sauna this Saturday morning from 5:30am, please come along to Cromane, where there will also be a walk leaving Cromane Community Centre at 5am. Go raibh maith agat

Our sauna opening hours, Friday the 7th-9th of July💚🌟

Sauna time this weekend, open from 4pm on Friday, 10am on Saturday, 5pm on Sunday. Get your sweat on!

What a great day ! Wow! Surrounded by such incredible women, supportive, strong yet gentle! Then for the limestone rock hugs 🙈🥳 wow! Pure happiness from the soul! Remembering the adventurous, wild, free spirited soul that I am. So grateful to the festival organisers, the community of women and the 330million year old limestone rocks & for for describing : “ The Burren as an ancient kingdom of limestone sculptures carved slowly by rain, wind and time”.

What a magical evening, such a sense of serenity and community, together enjoying the beauty of nature. Thanks to all who came 💚

This weekend’s opening hours 😀

Open next Wednesday evening from 7pm-10pm for summer solstice.
There will be a fire pit outside the sauna, there will also be tea and cocoa making facilities & some snacks. Bring a chair, something cosy, let’s join together in community to sit around the fire to celebrate the longest day of the year.
Feel free to bring a guitar or tell a story too🔥 # seadip

Come along to Cromane beach from 11am where we will have a fabulous yoga session followed by a relaxing sauna with Samhradhs Sauna. This is an 18+ event with limited spaces available. It will cost €5 per person and tickets are available through the link in our bio. ❤️🌈

Tailor birds will play a beautiful some music outside Samhradh’s Sauna tomorrow from 4pm-8pm. Enjoy the healing energy of the Sauna accompanied by Tailor birds as she weaves sounds from plants and the natural world into her music, this is going to be a beautiful event, please bring cash donations for her music.
