Pursuing a passion comes with plenty work! Along with the Inner Work (hana) that healing work requires of the Giver...all the hidden stuff has to be brought into the Light and looked at, eventually, or we can't fully step onto this path 100%. It can be a brutal process & that is why we need community who Know how to guide, how to call on our ancestors to support. Though I've been passionate about Lomi Lomi & all things Hawaiian for ages, there have also been many years of just being happy with what I had and not learning anything deeper. On All Levels😝 I didn't have the energy or motivation, especially in the early years of raising children. Covid was a sh☆t show that also offered the discovery of teachers who weren't accessible online before! It re-ignited me to discover online hula with Yue Wang, Oli with Lonoa Honua , Hawaiian Spirituality with Sohad Spiritual Healing Courses. There is relationship between Lomi Lomi & Hula & Oli. My teachers also spoke of the relationship between Lomi Lomi, Hula & Lua (Hawaiian martial arts) All of which use bent knees breath, breath & hip movement to generate MANA to deliver the most potent action. One thing for sure, it sure does get the blood moving very quickly!! Often warriors would learn Hula & lomi lomi to prepare for battles (and know how to heal themselves & others). Then we are able to communicate uniquely to that individual, by altering our speed, depth & embodiment of each ELEMENT in order to bring about balance. Each element has a range of manifestations.
