Ingredients: - 2-3 overripe bananas - 1 can of Caramel, I used @carnation_uk - 75g Butter, melted - 1 Egg - 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract - 300g of Plain Flour - 1 Tsp Baking powder - 1 Tsp of Bicarb Soda - Chocolate for topping (optional but tasty) - Big loaf tin :) Method: - Preheat your Aga to B4 - Slice and mash bananas - Add to bowl with your wet ingredients and stir - Add your dry ingredients and stir - Pour into your loaf tin and cook for 60 or so minutes #callaghanselectrical #aga #bananabread #baking #baketok #carnation
