Limerick ‘Paudcast’ star highlights importance of physical activity at Active Disability seminar Knockainey's Padraig O'Callaghan has been speaking of the importance of physical activity for both himself and his peers.
Last year I was invited to join some Global Special Olympics ambassadors for a brief Christmas message.
I joined other children of Limerick in 2021 to talk about our hopes for Christmas. Enjoy, it's pretty cute!! 🙂

The beauty of attending the Active Disability Ireland National Seminar last week was the fact that I got to meet some inspirational people. One such person, and all round good guy is fellow Limerickman Johnny Quaid.
