We often have regrets after we lose someone. We wished things had been better, different or had more time with the person.

What I actually needed was for someone to tell me it hurt because it mattered.

It takes courage to be vulnerable enough to go within and acknowledge how we truly feel.
I think many grievers can relate to this.
We can’t heal people we love. We experience a sense of their pain because we love them. We can share our life experiences with them and loan them our map. This healing journey is theirs.
GRIEF IS JUST LOVE WITH NO PLACE TO GO.
